YES! I just learnt a new way to cell shade from a random blog.
I was getting trouble cell shading because the select tool in SAI wasn't tolerant or too tolerant for the linework that drawings always left white wholes or a big blue shade. Now problem solved!

At work:
omg.
These freaking people nag at me and pour their stress right onto me. Particularly this one woman seriously has an anger control problem. Well, I am just a junior at my work so I have to endure all them mood swing. DO NOT WANT! D:<
Most of my peer colleagues are bitchy. OMG, what on earth is wrong with them?  
Plus, the workload is shittly heavy. I wonder why they don't hire more people for my team yet when they've made so many wrong decisions on hiring right people.
It's no wonder we have a high turnover rate.

Now back to bright side, I am watching Studio Ghibli movies. I really like Miyajaki animes. Probably they are the only animes that I looove to watch. XD
