Lyra, a girl who’s never far from trouble, is accidently sent by a Daemon, Xiphos, to the world of Limbo which is a place where those that have passed on wait till they are sent to their prober afterlife. After finding Xiphos, they now travel trying to find one of the 12 lords watching over Limbo to sign her a permission slip to return home.
